A small deposit (€10 to €15 depending on service) is required to hold your spot. It comes off your total on the day. I'll send payment details when I confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours, but transferable if you give me good notice to rebook the slot.
Yes, please! I love seeing what you're going for! Save them in a folder and show me when you arrive, or send them via Instagram or WhatsApp beforehand. Even rough ideas help. You don't need a perfectly curated Pinterest board, just something that gives me a sense of the vibe you're after.
It depends on the service. Most nail appointments are 45 to 90 minutes, lash sets are 90 to 120 minutes, and brow treatments are usually 20 to 70 minutes. You'll find estimated durations listed next to each service on the pricing page. I build a little buffer into every appointment so we're never rushing, but try not to have plans immediately after, just in case.
No problem at all, just let me know as early as you can. With more than 48 hours notice I'll move your deposit to the new date, no questions asked. Message me on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll sort it out. I'd much rather a heads-up than a no-show, so please never feel awkward getting in touch.
